What does it cost? Every event is different so every quote is unique.
Do you outsource to third party suppliers? No.
When do I book? Book early to avoid disappointment on popular items.
Do you own hired out items? Yes, sp we cam offer competitive prices.
Can I see real-life hire items? Yes. Our showroom display includes Asian wedding decor, LED dance floor, bar, table decor, props, centerpieces...
How long is my quote valid for? 30 days from the quote date.
Do your prices include VAT? All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
Do you take a deposit? Yes 25%. Booking is confirmed on receipt.
When is balance due? Final balance is due 3 weeks prior to the event.
is there a contract? Yes. So you understand what is being provided.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance? Yes. £5 million cover.
Can you provide full venue Risk Assessment? Yes. On request.
Will you work with my own caterer? Yes. We’ve worked with many caterers & welcome new caterers we’ve not encountered before.
Can you recommend caterers? Yes - to suit all requirements.
What area do you cover? Worldwide and UK-wide in particular.
Who will assist with preparations? Your dedicated Event Specialist will manage your event from initial inquiry until event completion.
Can I meet my Event Specialist? You can meet or contact us at any time.
How do you help organise events? We sit down with you at times & places convenient to you, to discuss requirements so we can plan your event.
Do you work in this industry full time? Yes. Our Event Specialists dedicate their full attention to every client on a full-time basis.
How experienced are you in organising events? We have 5+ years experience in the Events Industry.
Are your staff qualified in the events sector? Staff are highly qualified in Event Management to ensure faultless service delivery.
Is the Event Specialist present at the event? Yes. Your Event Specialist and team will be there before, during & after your event.
How many staff will be involved on the day? Depending on the event requirements, between 2 and 100 staff members may be involved.
How long does setup/breakdown take? We need early access so setup is complete 1½ hours before the event. Breakdown may be 2 hours.
Can you provide a detailed event setup itinerary? Yes. We manage logistics for all services involved so you & your family are guests at your own event.

All Exclusive Events bookings are subject to our standard terms & conditions of contract, a copy of which will be supplied on request. A few important terms are highlighted below for your information:
- 1. Credit cards payments are subject to a 3% surcharge
- 2. It is the client's responsibility to verify booking details are correct
- 3. Bookings only held for 30 days from quote date until deposit is paid
- 4. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid in full
- 5. Full outstanding balance is due 21 days prior to event / hire date
- 6. Cancellation within 48 hours of event 50% payments non-refundable
- 7. Cancellation within 24 hours of event the full quoted fee is payable
- 8. In the event of our breach liability shall not exceed the fee unless such limitation is not permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
- 9. Bookings accepted on condition that client understands & accepts T&C's effective on deposit payment.
Privacy: Your privacy is our concern! We never, ever, disclose personal information. Any information you provide will be used for the sole purpose of arranging your event or contacting you with our news & special offers. No information is given to a 3rd party without express permission.
